Jan Voordouw is an independent project and programme evaluator, also adept at M&E system design.
He further specializes in development communication, strategic planning, institutional development and coaching. He masters various thematic fields, including environmental resource management, disability inclusion, justice reform and humanitarian aid and works within a context of participatory community development.
A dual national (Jamaica / Netherlands), he has worked in the Caribbean for over 30 years, particularly in Haiti and Jamaica. His clients over the past 10 years include:
