Jan Voordouw is a freelance project and programme evaluator, also adept at M&E system design.

He further specializes in development communication, strategic planning, institutional development and coaching. He masters various thematic fields, including environmental resource management, disability inclusion, justice reform and humanitarian aid and works within a context of participatory community development.

A dual national (Jamaica / Netherlands), he has worked in the Caribbean for over 20 years, particularly in Haiti and Jamaica. His clients over the past 5 years include:

- NGOs: Christian Blind Mission (CBM), Cuso International, Diakonie Katastrophen Hilfe (DKH), Environmental Foundation of Jamaica (EFJ), Goal, Habitat for Humanity (HFHI), Lutheran World Federation (LWF), Norwegian Church Aid (NCA).

Jan Voordouw has a M.Sc. from the Agricultural University of Wageningen, Netherlands and speaks English, French, Dutch and Spanish.
